Our list of services will be detailed below. Keep in mind that the prices we charge for our events are negotiable based on the number of accounts made available to us by contracts. We prefer short term contracts to long term contracts.

 

1. Deejay services

We are a complete mobile Deejay and Club Deejay company. We have a combined experience of over 40 years, and we know all the tricks and have all the right tools to make your event the best there is! We have all the latest as well as the greatest from all genres; from the forties through to today. If we don’t have it WE WILL GET IT! Based on your needs we can tailor any event or theme. Once we have set up the format and music preference, we can arrange the event so that it is appropriate for your guests while still being very fun, interactive, or for businesses profitable. Our mobile sound systems are of a professional quality, and we can handle events from inside to outside, from small, to large.

As a provider of entertainment, we have the ability to offer multiple services at a rate that is very competitive and with the help of the Hooter girls and management team will guarantee at least a 3 to 1 profit margin. We offer services that range from Team Trivia, Mobile DJ services, special events handling, Master of Ceremonies, car shows, and sound and lighting for events.

Team Styled Trivia

  

What is Team Styled Trivia

Team Styled Trivia is a team game that is a proven night builder for any establishment. Unlike karaoke where only certain people participate, trivia is a game that gets everyone involved. We can tailor the show to meet your needs or particular format. Typically you can expect between ten to twenty teams for these shows. Teams usually have three to 10 people on them.

 

How does it work

The show consists of twenty questions and one bonus question. We play a song in between each question and the teams must have their answers turned in by the end of the song. The teams accumulate points during the game that they will gamble at the end kind of like Jeopardy. There are several events that we do during the games that allow the teams to gain more points. These extra points are earned for any number of things; most creative team name, sing alongs, dancing…etc… The shows last between two to three hours.

 

What do you supply

As the host restaurant or bar you will supply the prizes. Prizes usually consist of a gift certificate that can be used only in your account and not on the night they are won. This gets the winners back into the accounts. Some places offer cash prizes. The most common denominations given out are fifty dollars for first, twenty dollars for second, and ten dollars for third, cash or gift certificate. We can supply the certificates, but you will have to honor them. They hold no cash value, and can only be used for merchandise or food, and not for tips. Also, these prizes can not be used on the night they are won, so the teams have to come back.

 

What we supply

We supply all supplies for the shows. Answer sheets, pens, and answer pads. In addition we will advertise your event on our website which averages over 1000 hits per week. And your company will be listed on our answer sheets that every team sees every night we have a show.

 Pricing
The pricing for Team Trivia is $125.00 per night, and includes a meal for the host. (meal price will not exceed price agreed upon by management.) Typically we will hook into the current sound system fir the restaurant; however, we understand that in some situations and locations this is not possible and is not conducive to the night’s entertainment. To combat against this situation we have the necessary equipment to operate a free standing event stand up. The charge for using our system is $25.00 in addition to the fee charged for Team Trivia. We make it possible for your account to try out our trivia shows. If you are interested in our Trivia or DJ events, we can arrange for a trial period of four weeks at our special discounted rate. THE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES!

We are currently in the process of getting ready for our next series of Championship Trivia Series. This series is A PROVEN TEAM TRIVIA NIGHT BUILDER! This show will also affect your Sunday night as well, making it two nights that have the potential to be huge! Call for more details.

 

3. SPECIAL EVENTS
We have spent immeasurable hours planning fun, and interactive events that will help build up any night or day of the week. These events will typically run for 3 hours and will be billed by invoice at a rate of $150.00 per show.

The pricing for our DJ Services are once again very competitive compared to competition in the area.



4. Redneck Games

Redneck inspired fun!!! This set of events will need to be promoted fairly heavily before attempting to do this event, and could be co-promoted (sponsored) by one of your beer vendors. This event is sure to be a blast to watch and even more fun to participate in.

During the event country music will be played, the contestants will come out and be announced to the theme of Deliverance – Dueling Banjos.

 We will provide the trophy for this event. We have designed a trophy that is made out of plywood, beer cans, beer bottles, and skoal cans.

The events will include these events and more

  •  The hubcap hammer throw
  • Keg roll
  • The car – bondo and primer (using a toy car)
  • Wrestling and nascar trivia
  • Grocery grab kid and go relay
  • Beer chug
  • Belly flop contest (using a small pool)
  • Name the tune
  • Get rednecked event (Person must get dressed in redneck attire and race to the end
  • This event follows the same pricing for special events.

5. Guitar Hero Tournament

Rockers will participate in a single elimination tournament in one of the most popular video game sensations to hit the scene. Players will play the same song in a battle format. The winner moves on, the loser is out. The top rocker wins a prize that will be decided upon by management.

 We will have the ability to provide either Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 game systems.

This event follows the same pricing structure for special events.

 

6. Car Shows / Motorcycle Shows

Our car shows are planned by individuals who have been around the custom car shows and industry for a combined over 30 years worth of experience. Also we have contacts with several motorcycle clubs in the area with at least 100 members each.  We have the ability to pull from several sources for these shows, thereby increasing the potential success and appeal.  Motorcycles and cars go hand in hand, and by having cruise-ins on slow nights, you will have a built-in advertising system for these shows.  These car shows could be held in different locations each week.  Cross promotion could be a key way to promote the shows. By making these shows a series, people would build up points that will earn them a special trophy given at the final show for the season.  Also each show winner will be judged and awarded separately at the final show.  The same would go for the bikes. We will be awarding top twenty trophies for the cars and top 10 for the bikes, during the weekly shows, and a full judging panel for the final show with actual classes, as well as a “your staff” Favorite in each Car Show and the Final. We will accumulate prizes from local vendors to give away as prizes to help in building a continual base of cars and people to attend the series.  We will provide both sound and trophies which will initially be included in the price for each event. There will be a fee charged for entering a car or motorcycle into the show. We will be able to recuperate our expenses after the show. To help garner more sales for your establishment we would recommend giving coupons to the registrants for food only discounts.

 

In closing one thing that we ask is for managers to make themselves available for periodic meetings to ensure that they’re expectations are being met and we are on track to meet or exceed their expectations.
